When we met Chris, Ole Man RB's was running Google Ads on its own. The campaign existed. It was spending money. Calls were coming in. But nobody could tell you which dollar of ad spend produced which phone call. There was no conversion tracking. There was no negative-keyword list. There was no asset-group structure inside Performance Max.

The account had been left to its own devices for long enough that Google's automated bidding was making decisions against the wrong signal. The campaign was alive but blind.
